company is a technology-driven Lending Service Provider (LSP) facilitating credit-related services under the framework and oversight of RBI-compliant Regulated Entities (REs), such as banks and NBFCs.
All credit-related decisions, approvals, and disbursals are made solely by the respective REs.

· Be an Indian citizen, 18 years or older;

· Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts;

· Provide accurate, complete, and current personal and financial information.

Company reserves the right to deny access or restrict services to any user at its sole discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

· Not to misuse, duplicate, or interfere with the platform or its content;

· To comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations;

Company shall not be liable for:

· Service interruptions, platform downtime, or data loss;

· Inaccuracies in credit approval decisions, which are solely determined by the RE.
